We'd die if we thought you were unhappy with our products so to help resolve any quality issues, we ask that you contact us within 24 hrs of receiving your items with your complaint. We believe there is nothing that can't be rectified!
Production Quality
We try to QA every piece that we design but sometimes deadlines are too tight and we have to deliver straight from the production house to ensure we make our deadlines! If you find a fault with the production of your items, we ask that you notify us by email within 24 hours of receiving the items. We can then discuss the issue and offer a full replacement at no chargeif the product does not pass our high standards. If the item has been used, we can not offer a refund on the item(s).
Image Quality
If you believe your customised products don't quite look like they should, email us within 24 hours with attached photos so we can work out what has happened. We will always offer a full replacement at no charge if there are major defaults in the printing. Please keep in mind that not all computer monitors or device screens portray colours the same so we always say printed colours may turn out slightly different to what we see on screen. If in doubt, always refer to the RGB or CMYK colour panel for reference. Faulty items can not be returned if they have been used.
